We all know that health is wealth, so we should maintain our body by doing exercises and avoiding fatty foods. This will help us to be free from illness. Good physical condition, fitness or healthiness of a person is known as health. Most importantly we should care about obesity and increasing of weight that will help us maintain health. Eating fast food will increase our weight. Sports activity is very necessary but we should avoid sitting on computers for long time.
